"Your Blog Has Dust On It..."

So... I haven't posted in almost a month.... which is about 2 eternities and a half in blog world... There's always something random to say, but sometimes a guy just needs to be lazy! Halloween's coming up, though.... which is a whole new thing. :) Cannot wait!!!

FCUK YOU!

I love this cologne. French Connection United Kingdoms... Connect for "him." I'm him, just to let you know. :) This stuff smells amazing! It's by far my favorite... I do love Curve, which is Liz Claiborne, I believe... I don't know because I'm not a cologne junkie. No, there's this other kind that I don't remember what it's called... The bottle is black and it's got a dragon on it. My brother gave me some before I left because he didn't care for them and liked Adidas better I think... now THAT was my favorite kind, but I don't have any... Anyway, FCUK [which is a lovely acronym, by the way...] is my favorite at this point in time. It's so subtle and suave, I would say. haha. I would recommend this if you want to smell sexy. I know it says "him" but a woman I know wears this same one. I think it would make for a good unisex cologne. It smells good on her. I don't think it's either a masculine or feminine scent... It just smells appealing, regardless. I would definitely recommend it. Oh, and I still love the acronym. It made me giggle inappropriately when I opened... "I'm offended................ because my cologne misspelled it....." Also, yes... that is my finger in the shot. :) Anyway... I smelled the "her" version of this cologne and must say... It's also appealing and feminine. I do like this one better in general, though, even on a female. I've yet to smell any other colognes or perfumes by French Connection.... but regardless, I would definitely suggest trying some. [I'm sure these can't be the only ones that smell good by them... i would very much like to sample other scents by FC].

Es Ee Ex in Advertisement...

Let me just say that THIS is false advertisement... I went in to get a haircut and it did not go ANYTHING like this sign made me believe it would! Haha no, I have not actually been in the... uh... salon, I guess they would call it. I also thought "Plan B" was a type of contraceptive... perhaps as well, which threw me off! Well, this is most definitely not how I get my hair done... But you have to admit... It's a pretty seductive sign. It just goes to show you that sex sells.... However, how many men do you see walking into a beauty salon? Oh, and wouldn't it help if the place was named something more inviting and less "last resort"-ish than "Plan B!" With that said, it's still a pretty smart ad. It just needs to promote something more masculine. I do like how such a seductive sign is casually standing on a sidewalk in Harvard Square... It's such a public place... and nobody finds this offensive? That surprises me, actually. I don't see anything wrong with it, besides the obvious... but that lacks importance because it's the overall theme used to sell this service.

It's October!!!

If I had readers, I would ask what everyone is doing for the 31st... I will surprise all of you with my costume later in the month.... Linda, pretend you're surprised because you're my only reader and you know what I'm going to be! haha. I don't know what it is about October... It's just my favorite month of the year. It's a short post... because I haven't updated in quite a while.... and I have been somewhat busy for the past week. Well.... toodles
